What Animated Cyber Pets Are

Animated cyber pets are a bit different from traditional virtual pets. A standard virtual pet doesn't necessarily move around or even move at all.

On the other hand, animated virtual pets move, jump, run, sleep, and do all of the other activities normal pets would do. You can watch them on your computer screen.

For example, some animated pets will allow you to interact with them to play fetch and other games. If you had a dog, you could throw an object with your cursor and the pet would retrieve it.

Animated pets are usually more fun than basic virtual pets. They are much more life-like and allow for more owner-pet interaction.
