Plan Your Pet Health Care Before Vacation

Ok, so you have vacation planned but you don't want to leave your best-four-legged friend behind. Simply plan ahead to make sure your pet health care insurance is available during vacation. It isn't a bad idea to visit the veterinarian before your trip. Just like you, your pet should be up to date on all of their vaccinations and you want to make sure there isn't an increased risk of parasites wherever you may be traveling to. Make sure you follow local laws while on vacation. Some states require ID collars and microchips. It might be a good idea to make your pet where a tag with you information on it just in case they do wonder off.
